International Athlete (Bodybuilder) | Commonwealth Gold Medalist | Limca Book Record Holder | Bodybuilding Coach - Indian Railways | 30+ Years of Experience
With over three decades of experience in bodybuilding and competitive sports, I have represented India at various national and international championships, bringing home multiple gold medals. My journey began as a football player, but my passion led me to bodybuilding, where I have achieved remarkable milestones.
I have been crowned Mr. Delhi University (1994-1996), All India University Champion (1997), and have won the Indian Railways Championship for eight consecutive years (1997-2004). I proudly represented India at the 14th Busan Asian Games (2002) and ranked 8th in Mr. Universe (2003, Mumbai). My dedication to the sport has earned me a place in the 2003 Limca Book of Records.
Beyond my achievements as an athlete, I am deeply committed to coaching and mentoring the next generation of bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts. As a Bodybuilding Coach for Indian Railways, I have played a pivotal role in nurturing upcoming talent, helping them refine their skills, and preparing them for national and international competitions. My experience and expertise extend to fitness training, competition preparation, strength conditioning, and guiding athletes on diet, nutrition, and injury management.
In addition to my contributions to Indian sports, I actively participate in promoting bodybuilding as a career, conducting workshops, and inspiring young athletes to pursue excellence in fitness and strength sports. My vision is to elevate India's standing in global bodybuilding competitions while fostering a culture of health, discipline, and sportsmanship.
