Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Students

• ✅ Students may cancel their enrollment in a course up to 30 days before the commencement date for a full refund, minus an administrative fee of INR 1,000.
• ✅ Cancellation requests received within 30 days before course commencement are eligible for a 50% refund.
• ❌ No refunds will be issued after the course has commenced.

Cancellation by RIPS

• ✅ RIPS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
• 📢 In such cases, students will be notified immediately and will be entitled to a full refund or enrollment in a future session of the same course.

Refund Processing

• 💳 Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of approval.
• 💼 Amounts will be refunded to the original payment method used during the transaction.
