Hands-On Projects

Students will complete mini-projects each week to reinforce learning and apply MS Office tools in real-world scenarios. Weekly Project Tasks:

Project 1: MS Word – Student Resume Design

Create a formatted resume with a photo, education details, and hobbies using MS Word.

Project 2: MS Excel – Class Marks Sheet

Make a spreadsheet for 5 students’ marks, calculate totals and averages using formulas, and create a bar chart.

Project 3: MS PowerPoint – School Project Presentation

Make a 5-slide presentation on “My Favorite Festival” or “My Role Model” using animations, transitions, and design templates.

Project 4: Combined Project – Final Portfolio

Submit a document in Word, a data report in Excel, and a presentation in PowerPoint on any single theme (e.g., “Clean India Mission” or “My Dream Career”).

Type and format a paragraph on "My School".
Insert a table showing your weekly schedule.

Week 2 – MS Excel

Apply one animation and one transition to each slide.

Week 4 – Integration
